🧑‍🍳 Air Fryer

  • Temp: 375°F (190°C)

  • Time: 10–12 minutes

  • Instructions: Place frozen egg rolls in a single layer.

  • No oil needed. Flip halfway for even crisp.

🍳 Pan Fry

  • Temp: Medium-high heat

  • Time: 3–4 minutes per side

  • Instructions: Add a thin layer of oil to pan.

  • Fry frozen egg rolls until golden brown and heated through.

  • Drain on paper towel.

🔥 Deep Fry

  • Temp: 350°F (175°C)

  • Time: 4–6 minutes

  • Instructions: Fry straight from frozen until golden and crispy.

  • Do not overcrowd. Let rest briefly before serving.

🔥 Oven Bake

  • Temp: 400°F (205°C)

  • Time: 18–22 minutes

  • Instructions: Place frozen egg rolls on a baking sheet with parchment.

  • Lightly brush or spray with oil. Flip halfway for even browning.
